(Marsh Lane & Saxton Lane Footways, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because manhole construction works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which will be that:
No person shall proceed on foot along Marsh Lane and Saxton Lane footways,
Leeds, from the junction of Saxton Lane and Foundry Street, to the junction of Marsh Lane (southbound carriageway) and Mill Street. A diversionary route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be available via: Marsh Lane, Duke Street, Brick Street and vice versa, at traffic lights, signposted on site.
The Order shall come into operation on Saturday 25th October 2025 and will
remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 2nd November 2025. G Pugh. Ref: ECO2500250
(Woodhouse Street, Woodhouse, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Active Travel works are being or are
proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Woodhouse Street, Woodhouse, Leeds, at its junction with Headingley Lane. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 20th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 19th December 2025. The closure will be in place for 24 hrs on each day. A Coultate. Ref: ICO2500067
(Tower House Street and Brunswick Terrace, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Suspension of Parking Bays) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because tower cranage works are being or are
proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds
City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Tower House Street and Brunswick Terrace, Leeds in the Little London & Woodhouse Ward, from the junction of Tower House Street and Merrion Way, to where the rising bollards are situated at the side of Arena Point on Brunswick Terrace. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park in the 7 (seven) disabled bays located on Tower House Street, Leeds. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained, including access to Jacob Street. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 27 October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to take place from Monday 27 October 2025 until Saturday 1st November 2025. If the works are unable to take place as planned, however, they will instead take place on either 3 to 8 November or 10 to 15 November 2025. The road closure will be in place between 06:00 hours and 18:00 hrs only each day. The suspension of the disabled bays will be in place for 24 hours on each day, apart from 29 October 2025 when there is an event at Leeds Arena. (Windmill Lane, Yeadon, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works to installation water mains are
being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned
highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is
that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to: 1. Travel along Windmill
Lane, Yeadon, between its junctions with High Street and Grange Avenue. 2. Travel along Windmill Lane, Yeadon, between its junctions with Green Lane and Ackworth Crescent 3. Access Windmill Lane from its junction with South View Terrace. 4. Access Windmill Lane from its junction with Football.
Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closures will be available.
The Order shall come into operation on Monday 27th October 2025 and will

(Millshaw, Beeston, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)
Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for works as part of the Yorkshire Water storm overflow scheme; Leeds City Council has today make an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Millshaw, Beeston, in an eastbound direction between its junctions with Ring Road Beeston and Millshaw Business Park. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Ring Road Beeston, Dewsbury Road, Old Lane, Town Street, Millshaw. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 20th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
The works are expected to be completed by Friday 28th November 2025.

(St Martins View, Potternewton, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that:
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along St Martins View,
Potternewton, Leeds at its junction with Chapeltown Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Chapeltown Road, St Martins Road, St Martins Avenue, St Martins Gardens, St Martins View
and vice versa Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because water infrastructure works are being
or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s)
Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that:
1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Queen Street,
Leeds, for a distance of 150m from its junction with Pontefract Road.
2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Pontefract Road,
Leeds in for a distance of 450m in a southerly direction; from the roundabout
at Intermezzo Drive to the electricity substation. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 20th October 2025 and will remain in force
for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 19th July 2026.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because water supply works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Back Rochester Terrace, Headingley, Leeds, to the rear of number 1 Rochester Terrace. A diversionary
route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Broomfield Road, Broomfield Crescent and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 21st October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
The works are expected to be completed by Monday 27th October 2025.
The closure will be in place between 08:00 hours and 20:00 hours on each

(Harrogate Road, Moortown, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Parking)
Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because electrical connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park along Harrogate Road, Moortown, Leeds in the Moortown Ward between points adjacent to property nos. 218 and 230 Harrogate Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 27th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary 30mph Speed Reduction) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because surface water drain repair works are
being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an
Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any
vehicle to travel in excess of 30mph along Pontefract Lane, Richmond Hill, Leeds between Thornes Farm Roundabout and Knowsthorpe Gate Roundabout.
The Order is intended to come into operation on Saturday 25th October 2025
and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Wednesday 29th October 2025. G Pugh. Ref: ECO2500279
(Harrogate Road Rawdon, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Parking)
Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Yorkshire Water works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway, Leeds City Council (intends in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of
which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park along
Harrogate Road, Rawdon, Leeds in the Guiseley and Rawdon Wards between its junctions with Green Street and James Street. Essential access to and from
premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 27th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 21st December 2025.

Temporary Prohibition of Parking & One-Way Traffic Restriction Order (No.2) 2025 Various Events at Testbed Event Venue Butterley Street Leeds
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to the likelihood of danger arising to the
public due to the holding of events at the Testbed Event Venue on Hunslet
Lane; Leeds City Council as traffic authority for the Leeds Metropolitan District, intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, introducing temporary traffic restrictions.
The effect of the Order will be that
1. No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in a southerly direction along
Butterley Street, from its junction with Hunslet Lane for a distance of 250 metres at any time when a temporary one-way restriction is in place;
during the event dates and periods specified in the Schedule below.
(Signed local diversions will be in operation
2. No person shall cause any vehicle to park or be in any of those parking bays situated on Butterley Street, running from a point 170 metres south of
Hunslet Road, for a distance of 60 metres along the western carriageway edge; during the event dates and periods specified in the Schedule below.
The Order will not at any time prevent access for pedestrians to any premises
situated on or adjacent to any road to which the Order relates, or to premises
accessible for pedestrians from, and only from, any such road.
