RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Alexandra Road Abergele o gyffordd Sea Road ac Alexandra Road i gyffordd Kinmel Avenue ac Alexandra Road.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Scottish Power. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Kinmel Avenue, Water Street, Market Street i Sea Road ac yn ôl i Alexandra Road ac fel arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 13 Hydref 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 12 wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council (Alexandra Road Abergele) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that section of Alexandra Road Abergele from junction of Sea Road and Alexandra Road to junction of Kinmel Avenue & Alexandra Road.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Scottish Power. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Kinmel Avenue, Water Street to Market Street onto Sea Road and back onto Alexandra Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on 13 October 2025. It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 12 weeks.
