Gorchymyn Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy (Ffordd Ysbyty Penmachno) (Gwahardd Dros Dro ar Drafnidiaeth Drwodd) 2025

RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd Ysbyty, Penmachno sydd tua 12m o Stryd Llewelyn. Bydd y llwybr amgen yn mynd ar hyd Ffordd Groesffordd i Benmachno i’r A5 ac yn ôl ar hyd Ffordd Ysbyty. Caniateir mynediad i’r gwasanaethau brys a cherddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod hwn.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn hwn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Dwr Cymru a daw i rym ar 13 Hydref 2025 am gyfnod heb fod yn fwy na wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

The County Borough of Conwy (Ysbytty Road Penmachno) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Ysbytty Road Penmachno approximately 12m from Llewelyn Street. The alternative route will be via Groesffordd Road onto Penmachno to A5 and back onto Ysbytty Road. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency services.

The Order is necessary to facilitate Works by Welsh Water and comes into effect on 13 October 2025 for a maximum period of 1 week.
