ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL

C37M TARLAND – TEMPORARY CLOSURE

“The Aberdeenshire Council (C37m Tarland – 17.10.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

The order will operate from 17.10.25 for a period of 7 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C37m, Tarland from the junction with the C35m to the 4- way junction with the U37m and the U38m. Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.

The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow fibre infrastructure installation works to be carried out. An alternative route is available via the C35m (Tarland), A97 (Tarland), C37m (Tarland) and vice versa. Details of the restriction can be viewed online at https://online.aberdeenshire.gov.uk/ apps/roadworks/ Any queries should be directed to Craig Ross on 01467 469932.
