THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (HULHAM ROAD & DINAN WAY FOOTPATH, EXMOUTH) ORDER 2025
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 13/10/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 24/11/25. No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. Roads affected: HULHAM ROAD & DINAN WAY FOOTPATH, EXMOUTH
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - PEDESTRIAN DIVERSION: FOOTWAYS ALONG TENNYSON WAY, BYRON WAY THEN THROUGH A FOOTPATH LEADING TO HULHAM ROAD & VICE VERSA..
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: HULHAM ROAD/DINAN WAY ROUNDABOUT WORKS.
