Belmont Road, Maidenhead - Road Closure

BELMONT ROAD (PART), MAIDENHEAD 
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) 
ORDER NO. 3 2025
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Belmont Road,Maidenhead from its junction with Belmont Crescent eastward to the eastern boundary of property No 115 Belmont Road.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via Spencers Road, All Saints Avenue, Courthouse Road, Linden Avenue, Belmont Park Avenue and Belmont Road. 

The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate work in the said public highway, namely, to repair leaking ferrule in carriageway and as a result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.

The proposed Order shall be in operation from 09:30 hours on Monday 27th October until 16:00 hours on Friday 31st October 2025. There will be a prohibition of driving when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions.
