What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(BENETFELD ROAD, BINFIELD) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025

Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“The Act”).

Effects of the Order:

The effect of the Order is to introduce the new length of speed limit as detailed in Schedule 1.

Objections:

Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Neil Mathews, Assistant Director – Highways & Transport, Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via e-mail highways.transport@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by him no later than the 31st October 2025.
