(40 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT)  ORDER 20XX

National Highways Limited (Company No. 9346363) hereby gives notice that it intends to make an Order under sections 84(1)(a) and (2) of, and paragraph 27(1) of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, on the A14 Trunk Road at Kettering in North Northamptonshire.

The effect of the Order would be to impose  40 miles per hour on the entry slip road leading to the eastbound carriageway of the A14, between points 6 metres and 60 metres east of its roundabout junction with the A509, Boughton and Isham Road (Junction 9), at Kettering.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a plan illustrating the proposals and a Statement of the reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected during opening hours at Symmetry Park Site Offices, Buckingham Contracting

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a written statement of their objection and the grounds thereof to Richard Cullis at National Highways at the address or e-mail address given above. The objection must be received no later than 30 October 2025. When submitting an objection, it should be borne in mind that the substance of any objection may be communicated to other people who may be affected by it.
