The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Higher South Coombe To Sunningdale, Downgate, Callington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th October 2025 to 29th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Higher South Coombe To Sunningdale, Downgate, Callington between properties known as Crossroads Cottage and Holmbush. An alternative route will be signed on site. The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (New Road, Lanteglos, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th November 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0600 and 1600, weekends included. Road affected - New Road, Lanteglos, Fowey for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Downderry. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd November 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekends included. Roads affected - (Main Road, Downderry between the junctions with Treliddon Lane and East Camps Bay, West Camps Bay, Downderry between the junctions with Main Road and property known as Carinya and Trewall Hill, Downderry between property known as Infinity View and the junction with Main Road. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Middle Taphouse. This prohibition is necessary for drainage repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th November 2025 to 14th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From The A38 At Bodithiel Bridge To The 83359 South Of Kilmansag, Middle Taphouse between the junction with Mount Rant Hill and grid reference SX 17273 64353. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake. This prohibition is necessary for new gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th October 2025 to 31st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only. Road affected - Commercial Street, Gunnislake between the junction with King Street and property known as Jasmine Cottage. There is no alternative route.
