King Street - Parking Bay Suspension
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (KING STREET PARKING BAY SUSPENSION) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025.
The Order will introduce a parking bay suspension on King Street, Blackfriars, M3 7BN, starting from a point 26 metres west from the junction of Gravel Lane, going in a western direction for a distance of 67 metres, ending approximately 12 metres away from the junction of New Street. The Order is necessary to facilitate site compounds as part of the remediation works to the Spectrum apartment building.
The order is due to come into operation on Monday 3rd November 2025 and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
