THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC) (VARIATION NO 17) ORDER 2025  - TO/R5.3.141

Midlothian Council on 6 October 2025 made the above Order, which will come into force on 20 October 2025. The effect is to extend double yellow line waiting restrictions on Broomhill Avenue in Penicuik and to make extended lines on Bog Road enforceable.

THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC) (VARIATION NO 18) ORDER 2025    - TO/R5.3.155

Midlothian Council on 6 October 2025 made the above Order, which will come into force on 20 October 2025. The effect is to extend double yellow line waiting restrictions at the junction of St John’s Road and The Quadrant in Penicuik.

THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC) (VARIATION NO 19) ORDER 2025   - TO/R5.3.157

Midlothian Council on 6 October 2025 made the above Order, which will come into force on 20 October 2025. The effect is to apply double yellow line waiting restrictions within the car park off Lothian Road in Dalkeith. * * * * *

Details of these Orders may be examined from 9 October to 17 November 2025 at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk, at Libraries or from david.chambers@midlothian.gov.uk.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of such Act or of any relevant regulation has not been complied with, may within six weeks from 6 October 2025 apply for this purpose to the Court of Session.
