Thorn Bank, Wroot - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic To Install New Clean Water Mains

What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
(Thorn Bank, Wroot)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

On 4th Sept 2024, North Lincolnshire Council made an Order, the effect of which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding along Thorn Bank, Wroot. This Order took effect on 12th Sept 2024 and will be effective until 11th March 2026.

Under this same Order, it is now proposed to undertake further works (install new clean water mains) necessitating the closure of Thorn Bank for halfway down the road from Field Lane, from 8am 27th Oct - 6pm 21st Nov 2025 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances).

The diversion is Field Lane, Firth Lane, Woodside Lane, Pole Bank, Idle Bank and reverse.
