make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or proposed to
be executed on or near the road and the effect will be to prohibit
any vehicle from proceeding in that section of road that
comprises of the railway level crossing area on Ings Road at
Bentley in the City of Doncaster District as described in the
Schedule to this notice on the dates and times referred to in the
said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to renew two 45ft rails are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Marsh Road, Cromwell Road,
Wrightson Terrace and vice versa.

tonnes weight restriction as described in the Schedule to this

2) Suspend the 7.5 tonne weight restriction on Radiance Road
that form part of the diversion route.
Dates and Times
On or after 08:00hrs 10th October 2025 until 18:00hrs 9th
October 2026.
The restrictions will be in place for a maximum of two weeks
within this period.
The start date will be notified via signs to be erected on site a
minimum of 7 days in advance of the closure commencing.
Those residents and businesses directly affected by the works
will be notified of the scheme and access arrangements.
