What is happening?
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(TENNYSON ROAD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Tennyson Road
from outside property 34 to the junction of Dickens Road.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 20 October 2025 until 22 October 2025.
The diversion route is: Dickens Road, Masefield Road, Ruskin Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate an air valve renew by STW.
