THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (A872 STIRLING ROAD, DUNIPACE)
(40mph SPEED LIMIT)(TRO/25/021) ORDER 20__

The Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. Objectors must state their grounds for objection in writing, to be received by 30/10/2025 to: Head of Environment and Operations, Place Services, The Falkirk Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Falkirk, FK2 9EE. Alternatively, objectors can e-mail objections to

adteam3.ds@falkirk.gov.uk.

3. The general effect of the Order will be to implement a 40mph speed limit on the identified length of the A872, Dunipace.

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (A9-A904 IMPROVEMENTS TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(NO.TTRO/1960) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on the A904 between Westfield Roundabout and Earlsgate Roundabout from 20.00 hours on 11/10/2025 to 06.00 hours on 12/10/2025. The prohibition is to allow for the installation of traffic management.

2. This Order temporarily closes the A904 between Westfield Roundabout to Earlsgate Roundabout.
3. The alternative route is: A9 Laurieston Link Road, Bog Roundabout, A9 Laurieston Bypass, Cadgers Brae Roundabout, A905 Beancross Road and vice versa.

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (WESTQUARTER AVENUE, WESTQUARTER) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING)
(NO. TTRO/1961) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the above-named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in Westquarter Avenue from 06:00 hours on 13/10/2025 – 17:00 hours on 31/10/2025. The prohibition is to enable footway reconstruction.

1. Full details may be inspected at Falkirk Stadium, 4 Stadium Way, Mon-Fri between 9.30am – 4.30pm, and

2. This order prohibits waiting on Westquarter Avenue, Westquarter on the North side of Westquarter Avenue from a point 23 metres East of the Westquarter Primary School boundary line, for 30 metres.
