Notice is given that the Secretary of State for Transport has approved the continuing in force for the period set out below of an Order made by the Norfolk County Council under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, prohibiting the use by vehicles of Stump Cross Lane/Wellspring Road from 10m north of its junction with Gimingham Road for 200m northwards in the Parish of Southrepps due to a badger sett under the carriageway.
Date of Original notice: 4th December 2024.
Date of Original order: 20th December 2024.
Previous restriction period: 1st December 2024 to 27th September 2025.
Period of extension: 28th September 2025 to 22nd June 2026.
Alternative route is via: Gimingham Road, Back Southrepps Road, Wellspring Road.
Persons who contravene the Order will be liable, on conviction, to a fine.
