The County of Cornwall (Halwyn Road, Road From Halwyn Road To The A3075 At Trerew Cottage, Crantock)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Newquay.

This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd November 2025 to 7th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Halwyn Road, Crantock between the junction of Trevelveth Road and grid reference SW80046 59631, Road From Halwyn Road To The A3075 At Trerew Cottage, Crantock between grid references SW80046 59631 and SW80507 59139, Road From Halwyn Road To Junction South East Of Fair Breeze, Crantock and Road From Junction South Of Trevella Cottage To Junction South Of Trevemper, Crantock for their entire lengths and Road From The A3075 East Of Penhallow Cottage To The A3075 South Of Penhallow, Trevemper, Newquay between grid reference SW81526 59676 and the junction of the A3075.

The County of Cornwall (Road Through Trebudannon, Newquay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road Through Trebudannon, Newquay between grid references SW 88984:61089 and SW 89392:61369.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Par. 

This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025 to 23rd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.

This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd November 2025 to 4th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Truro Road To Junction South Of Newgate Farm, Lanivet for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Ricketts Road, Polgooth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to  temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Polgooth.

This prohibition is necessary for cleansing of SWW sewer pipes and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st October 2025 to 23rd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Ricketts Road, Polgooth from property known as Hillway Winds to near Honeysuckle Cottage.

The County of Cornwall (Gwindra Road, St Stephen) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Stephen. 

This prohibition is necessary for repairs to SWW infrastructure and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2359, weekdays only.

Road affected - Gwindra Road, St Stephen between No 5 and No 9.

The County of Cornwall (Ridgewood Close, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 6th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell.

This prohibition is necessary for works to application of thin surface course and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025 to 24th October 2025. Road subject to prohibition - Ridgewood Close, St Austell for its entire length.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in St Austell.

Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. 

Road subject to stopping prohibition - Ridgewood Close, St Austell for its entire length. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

The County of Cornwall (Kirland Road, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.

This prohibition is necessary for SWW mains repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd November 2025 to 5th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Kirland Road, Bodmin between No 2 and No 1 Blowinghouse Lane.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th October 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. 

This prohibition is necessaryfor drainage rehabilitation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025 to 22nd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Whitecross To A30 Eastbound And Praze Lane, Bodmin between Whitecross and Pennant Farm.
