(CABERSTON ROAD, WALKERBURN)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (Caberston Road, Walkerburn) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 9 October 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30. The Order is required for BT works.

When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along the D80/1 Caberston Road, Walkerburn opposite number 9 for 65 metres to opposite Walkerburn Primary School.

A temporary two-way traffic lights system shall be in operation.

2023 REVOCATION ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (Springwood Road, Bonnington Road and Craigerne Lane, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2023 Revocation Order 2025 has been made under Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

The Scottish Borders Council (Springwood Road, Bonnington Road and Craigerne Lane, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2023 published in the Peeblesshire News on 13 October 2023 shall be revoked in its entirety with effect from 00:01 on 10 October 2025.
