PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(U63346 Pickersleigh Road (Service Road) Malvern)

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63346 Pickersleigh Rd (Service Road) from its junction with U63343 Bawdsay Ave to its junction with B4208 North End Ln.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent.

Alternative route: U63346 Pickersleigh Rd (Service Rd) (part), U63343 Bawdsay Ave,

U63338 Orchard Way, B4208 North End Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days (24hrs). Commencing: 27 October 2025.

(U63114 Clarence Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U63114 Clarence Rd from its junction with U63118 Manby Rd to its junction with U63110 Court Rd.

Reason: Replacement water main by STW.

Alternative route: U63118 Manby Rd, C2215 Avenue Rd, U63119 Christ Church Rd, U63110 Court Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days.

Commencing: 27 October 2025.

(U61401 Castlemortorn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U61401 Castlemorton from its junction with C2098 Church Rd to its junction with U61402 Millers Court Rd.

Reason: Rolled brick parapet by WCC.

Alternative route: U61401 Birts St, C2110 Birts St, B4208 Castlemorton, C2098 Church Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.

Commencing: 27 October 2025.

(U95404 Bell Lane, Tenbury Wells) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U95404 Bell Ln from its junction with B4204 Broadheath to its junction with U95207 Broadheath.

Reason: Water main replacement by STW.

Alternative route: U95404 Bell Ln (part), B4204 Broadheath, U95207 Broadheath, U95404 Bell Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.

Commencing: 27 October 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpaths CT-566, Clifton on Teme and LS-598, Lower Sapey) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025

Order made: To close footpaths CT-566, Clifton on Teme and LS-598, Lower for their entire lengths.

The Order has been made due to carriageway resurfacing.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: no diversion route available.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 29 September 2025.
