Ballards Lane, Temporary Waiting & Loading Restrictions Due To Street Light Replacement Works

SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS

BALLARDS LANE N3

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate street light replacement works, they intend to make an Order which will temporarily introduce ‘at any time’ waiting and loading restrictions both sides of Ballards Lane N3, between the south-west kerbline of Alexandra Grove and the north-east kerbline of Gruneisen Road, while the works take place.

The works will commence at 8.00am on Monday 13th October 2025 and is expected to last for 5 days. However, if for any reason the works cannot or do not commence on 13th October they will commence between 20th October and 24th October 2025 inclusive.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
