What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE

(Rotten Row, Great Brickhill) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rotten Row for approx. 26M. Alternative route: Lower Way, Pound Hill, Rotten Row and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Anglian Water communication pipe repair works commence on 27 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Preston Rd, Gawcott) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Preston Rd for approx. 632M. Alternative route: Main St, Buckingham Rd, Gawcott Rd, Buckingham Ring Rd, Tingewick Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst SGN mains renewals commence on 25 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
