THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2021 AMENDMENT NO * ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to introduce a 30mph speed limit throughout the Arabella Park development in Little Kimble, as shown below:

A copy of the Order and Plans showing the length of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.

Comments and objections on the proposals (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by 11:59pm on Wednesday 29th October 2025 to Buckinghamshire Highways, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA, or you can email us your response to highwayconsultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, with the subject ‘Arabella Park, Little Kimble – Proposed 30mph Speed Limit’.
