What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(GOSPEL LANE, ACOCKS GREEN) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Section 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows: 

• To introduce a length of No Waiting At Any Time on the east side of GOSPEL LANE, ACOCKS GREEN, north of the junction with Brook Lane.

REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF EXISTING SPEED CUSHIONS GOSPEL LANE, ACOCKS GREEN

NOTICE is also hereby given that above named Council proposes under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 to remove and relocate existing speed cushions up to a maximum height of maximum height of 65, 2500mm in length and 1800 to 1900mm in width at the approximate locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice, for the purpose of reducing speed:

GOSPEL LANE 2 staggered speed cushions to be installed 
outside property No’s 360/362 & 321/364

Any person wishing to object to the proposals should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 24th October 2025.
