EFFAITH Y GORCHYMYN:
• Cyflwyno Gwaharddiad Aros ar Unrhyw Adeg ar Ffordd Victoria, Gwndy O fewn y lleoliadau wedi’u nodi ar y cynlluniau, sydd yw ar gael i’w weld yn Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga neu ar-lein drwy http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic
Mae manylion pellach am y Gorchymyn, sy’n cynnwys copi o’r Gorchymyn drafft, cynlluniau a datganiad o resymau ar gyfer y cynnig dros wwneud y Gorchymyn ar gael i’w harchwilio drwy drefnu apwyntiad ymlaen llaw yn Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga NP15 1GA ( gellir trefnu apwyntiadau drwy e- bostio) traffic@monmouthshire.gov.uk ) neu drwy ffonio 01633 644644 neu ar-lein drwy http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic a gellir cael mynediad iddo drwy sganio’r cod QR isod.
Dylid gwneud unrhyw cynrychioliadau am y cynnig dim hwyrach na 5pm ar ddydd Mercher, 29 Hydref 2025 gan naill ai: - Anfon llythyr , yn nodi’r rhesymau dros wneud y sylwad a’i ddanfon at: Adran Traffig, Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga NP15 1GA; -
Neu drwy sganio’r cod QR isod a dewis “Sut i wneud sylwadau ar TRO arfaethedig”, lle mae’r cyhoedd y medru cael mynediad at y ffurflen.

MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION, SPEED LIMITS AND PARKING REGULATIONS CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2019 (AMENDMENT ORDER NO 18) 2025
PROPOSED PROVISION AND AMENDMENTS TO TRAFFIC ORDERS WITHIN VARIOUS COMMUNITIES IN MONMOUTHSHIRE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) propose to make a Road Traffic Regulation Order as follows:
EFFECT OF THE ORDER:
• To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on Victoria Way, Undy. Within the locations identified on the plans, which are available to view at County Hall, Usk or online via http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic
Further details of the proposed Order, comprising a copy of the draft order, plans and a statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined via pre- arranged appointment at County Hall, Usk NP15 1GA (appointments can be arranged by e-mailing traffic@monmouthshire.gov.uk) or by phoning 01633 644644 or online via http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic which can be accessed by scanning the QR code below.
Any representations in respect of this proposal should be made not later than 5pm on Wednesday the 29th October 2025 by either:
- Sending a written letter, stating the grounds on which the representation is being made, addressed to: Traffic Section, Monmouthshire County Council, County Hall, Usk NP15 1GA;
- Or by scanning the QR code below and selecting “How to comment on a proposed TRO”, where the public Consultation response form can be accessed.
