NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDER
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES)(AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2025.2137347 THE GEORGE PARK & RIDE) ORDER
Notice is hereby given that PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL proposes to make the above named Order under its powers 32, 33, 35 and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the 1984 Act) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf and following consultation in accordance with Schedule 9 of the 1984 Act and the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure)(England and Wales) Regulations 1996:
The effect of the order shall be to: Introduce parking charges for all vehicles which park for 5 or more hours at The George Park & Ride.
