F. Henley on Thames – include Nos.1-16 Church Avenue to be eligible to apply for both resident’s parking permits and residents’ visitors’ parking permits.

The following amendments are made as a result of administrative inconsistencies being identified within certain Traffic Regulation Orders and/or their subsequent variations:

G. Cowley Marsh – confirm that Flats Nos.1-4 at No.184A Howard Street are eligible to apply for both resident’s parking permits and residents’ visitors’ parking permits.

H. East Oxford – confirm that Flat Nos.1-12 at No.44 Princes Street are excluded from eligibility to apply for both residents and visitors parking permits.

I. Henley on Thames – confirm that properties in Northfield End (South/West side from its junction with Bell Street to and including No.63, and North/East side from its junction with Bell Street to and including No.98) are eligible to apply for both resident’s parking permits and residents’ visitors’ parking permits.

J. Marston North – administrative clarification of properties eligible to apply for permits following the CPZ boundary extension (catchment area). No changes are made for applicants.

K. Headington West – a correction due to a recent duplication of made variation orders. The amendment merges the two ‘Variation No.5’ 2025 orders with no material changes made to scheduled restrictions, permit eligibility or any other order contents.

The orders further amend the following orders: the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Cowley Marsh Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2020, the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Cowley Central East Area) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2021, the Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Iffley) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2025, the Oxfordshire County Council (East Oxford) (Controlled Parking Zone Waiting Restrictions and Traffic Management) Order 2010, the Oxfordshire County Council (Northway, Headington) (Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2007, Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, Summertown) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2023, The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford) (Headington West) (Controlled Parking Zone and Waiting Restrictions) Order 2022, and the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads – South Oxfordshire) (Map Based) (Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting And Permitted Parking) Order 2021.
