What is happening?

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(MOSS LANE AND SPRING CRESCENT, WHITTLE LE WOODS, CHORLEY BOROUGH) (JUNCTION TABLE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce a junction table in the following locations:
1) Moss Lane, Whittle le Woods, from a point 6 metres west of its roundabout junction with Spring Crescent/Access Road to Leisure Complex to a point 16.89 metres south east of its roundabout junction with Access Road to Leisure Complex/Moss Lane, including the entire roundabout;
2) Moss Lane, Whittle le Woods, from its roundabout junction with Spring Crescent/Moss Lane, for a distance of 10.34 metres in an easterly direction;
3) Access Road to Leisure Complex, Whittle le Woods, from its roundabout junction with Moss Lane, for a distance of 3.71 metres in a south westerly direction;
4) Spring Crescent, Whittle le Woods, from its roundabout junction with Moss Lane, for a distance of 7.21 metres in a northerly direction.
The junction table will have a maximum height not exceeding 75 mm

A copy of the relevant notice and plan, indicating the proposal may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Chorley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1DP and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
