What is happening?

Temporary Road Closure
U1508 Fanad Drive
Notice is hereby given that the Department acting in
pursuance of its powers under Article 7 of The Roads Traffic
Regulations (NI) Order 1997 intends to close temporarily
U1508 Fanad Drive from No. 50 Fanad Drive to its junction
with Creggan Heights for a period of 4 weeks commencing
Monday 20 October 2025, to carry out sewer upgrades within
the carriageway.
Vehicles requiring access to land or premises abutting this
length of road will be accommodated.
The diversion route for traffic will be via U1508 Fanad Drive,
U1508 Central Drive, Linsfort Drive, C0577 Creggan Heights
and vice versa

Notice is hereby given that the Department acting in
pursuance of its powers under Article 7 of The Roads Traffic

C0577 Creggan Heights from No.39 Creggan Heights to No.
81 Creggan Heights, for a period of 6 weeks commencing
Monday 10 November 2025, to carry out sewer upgrades
within the carriageway.
Vehicles requiring access to land or premises abutting this
length of road will be accommodated.
The diversion route for traffic will be via U1508 Fanad Drive,
U1508 Central Drive, Linsfort Drive, C0577 Creggan Heights
and vice versa.
