The County of Cornwall (Old Tram Road, Devoran) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Devoran. 

This prohibition is necessary for wall repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th October 2025 to 21st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Old Tram Road, Carnon Mine, Devoran between grid references SW80323 38813 and SW80424 38778 and Old Tram Road, Point, Devoran for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Comfort Road, Mylor Bridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mylor Bridge.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th October 2025 to 29th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Comfort Road, Mylor Bridge between properties numbered 13 and 1.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 29th September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro. 

This prohibition is necessary for electric connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th October 2025 to 21st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Carclew Street, Truro between the junctions of Chapel Row and William Street.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Chacewater.

This prohibition is necessary for manhole repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th October 2025 to 30th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Cross Roads, Chacewater between grid reference SW75957 44843 and the property named Former The Gables.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Portscatho.

This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th October 2025 to 29th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From Porthcurnick Beach To Sedgers Barn, Portscatho between grid reference SW87969 36180 and the property named Chick Cottage.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th October 2025 to 29th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Church Street, Helston for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th October 2025 to 31st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mabe Burnthouse. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th October 2025 to 4th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only. 

Roads affected - Rose Valley, Mabe Burnthouse between the junction of Helland and grid reference SW75420 31935 and Treverva, Penryn for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th October 2025 to 31st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
