Yate Lane, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Construction Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL YATE LANE, OXENHOPE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of construction works to be executed on or near Yate Lane, Oxenhope has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Yate Lane from its junction with Dark Lane to a point outside Upper Yate Farm.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Yate Lane (unaffected section), Dark Lane, Keighley Road, Station Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 6th October 2025 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on the 10th October 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
