White Lane, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Construction Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL WHITE LANE, OAKWORTH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of construction works to be executed on or near White Lane, Oakworth has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of White Lane from a point outside Lower Turnshaw Farm for approximately 90 meters in a northerly direction.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

No alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available.

The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 6th October 2025 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on the 10th October 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
