Normandy Drive, Temporary Footway Closure Due To Installation Works

Somerset Council Parish of Taunton Temporary Closure of Footway Between Normandy Drive And Upper Holway Road With Various Links

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding along: Footway Between Normandy Drive And Upper Holway Road With various Links-from outside property number 9 to outside property number 41 Bramble Park. A total distance of 107 metres. This Order will enable Openreach to install ducting.

The Order becomes effective on 16th October 2025 and will remain in force for 6 months. The works are expected to commence on 20th October 2025 and last until 24th October 2025 between the hours of 09:30 -15:30 for a total of 5 days.
