What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY SPEED REDUCTION

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 30/9/25 made an Order the effect of which is to reduce the speed limit to 30 MPH along:

Cricket Ln, Lichfield. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB145646589. The Order will come into operation on 7/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 27/8/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the roadworks and streetworks, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 2/9/25 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles proceeding along:

Levedale Rd, Levedale and Mitton Ln, Mitton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=144830343. The Order will come into operation on 9/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 9/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the fibre installation works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 30/9/25 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles proceeding along:

Maypole St, High St and Gravel Hill, Wombourne. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB145564970. The Order will come into operation on 7/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the electrical supply works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Latherford Ln, Latherford. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=144809155. The Order will come into operation on 8/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 8/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Horsebrook Ln, Brewood. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=144637595. The Order will come into operation on 6/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 31/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the gas main replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Broadhurst Green Rd, Broadhurst Green. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=144588968. The Order will come into operation on 6/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 6/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
