East Stoke - Temporary Road Closure To Pole Replacement Works

Temporary Closure of East Stoke
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along East Stoke - from the junction with Stonehill to the junction with Windsor Lane. A total distance of 318 metres.
This Order will enable Openreach to carry out pole replacement works.
The Order becomes effective on 16th October 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 23rd October 2025 and last until 23rd October 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
