Queen Street - Temporary Road Traffic Regulation Order For Colliers Yard Development

What is happening?

The Council of the City of Salford intends to make in no less than 7 days under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: SALFORD CITY COUNCIL (QUEEN STREET) TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025.

The Order will introduce a road closure on Queen Street, between the junctions of Collier Street to Gravel Lane, Salford, M3 7DQ. The Order is necessary as part of the Colliers Yard Development. The order is due to come into operation on Tuesday 21st October 2025 and will last for a period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The diversion routes are Blackfriars Road - Viaduct Street - Gravel Lane.
