What is happening?

Manchester City Council (“the Council”)

To whomsoever it may concern, in the matter of 5 Lloyd Street South, Fallowfield, Manchester (“the Property”). Take notice that under Section 7 of the Local Land Charge Act 1975 and under Subsection 101 and Section 87(1) of the Law of Property Act 1925 the Council intends to effect disposal of the Property after 28 days from the date hereof by means of enforced sale to recover costs of default works. Therefore, any person claiming interest or ownership of 5 Lloyd Street South, Manchester, should write immediately to the City Solicitor at the Council address below quoting reference ESP/ML:
