What is happening?

(BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, LADYWOOD) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019) (VARIATION) (No.3) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
To vary two short lengths of existing restrictions on the north-west side of GOODMAN STREET, LADYWOOD.
The Order will come into operation on 3rd October 2025.
A copy of the Order together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons will be made available on request.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 2nd October 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
