Footpath No. 7 & 8, Mortehoe - Temporary Prohibition of Traffic to Enable Construction Work to Be Carried Out
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (FOOTPATH No. 7 & 8, MORTEHOE) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
The above Order, which came into force on Thursday 14th November 2024, has been extended by the Secretary of State until Thursday 14th May 2026 or until completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.
Public rights of way affected: Footpath No. 7 & 8, Mortehoe from the eastern edge of The Esplanades Car Park to Challacombe Hill Road.
The alternative route is north of the carpark adjacent to The Esplanades.
The closure is to enable construction work to be carried out.
