RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Builder Street Llandudno o’i chyffordd â Roger Mostyn Court i gyffordd Lon Fach.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Scottish Power. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Oxford Road, Norman Road i Cwm Road ac fel arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 16 Hydref 2025.

Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council (Builder Street Llandudno)

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that section of Builder Street Llandudno from its junction with Roger Mostyn Court to junction of Lon Fach.

The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Scottish Power. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Oxford Road, Norman Road to Cwm Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into effect on 16 October 2025.

It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 1 week.
