Devon, Temporary Road & Footpath Closures Due To Utility Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (Temporary Restriction) - (St Johns Road, Exmouth) (No. 3) Order 2025 Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order.
From 29/10/25 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 3/11/25.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: St Johns Road, Exmouth.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - St, John's Road > B3179 Outer Ting Tong > B3179 Knowle Hill > B3178 Salterton Road > Dinan Way > St. John's Road & Vice Versa.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable Pole Change & Reconducting.

(Budleigh Salterton Footpath 51, Budleigh Salterton) Order 2025 - Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 6/10/25 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 22/11/25.
No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths.
Roads affected: Budleigh Salterton Footpath 51, Budleigh Salterton.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Pedestrian Diversion Route: Budleigh Salterton Footpath 49, Station Road, Access To Public Hall, Access To Public Hall, Budleigh Salterton Footpath 51 & Vice Versa.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Placement Of Site Compound & Welfare Facilities.
