COLBY AND BANNINGHAM – 1) C298 Colby Road/Church Road from 30m south of its junction with U14240 Bridge Road for 60m northwards and; 2) U14240 Bridge Road from its junction with C298 Colby Road/Church Road for 20m eastwards to facilitate overhead cabling works on 1st October 2025 (may continue until 12th November 2025). Alternative route is via: 1) Colby Road, B1145 North Walsham Road/Banningham Road, A140 Aylsham Bypass/Cromer Road, High Noon Road, Church Road; 2) Bridge Road, Colby Road (Erpingham, Aylsham, Colby).

CROMER – Back Lane Adjacent to 15 Cadogan Road Heading South To Canada Road from its junction with Canada Road for 45m northwards to facilitate duct laying works from 1st to 5th October 2025 (may continue until 16th November 2025). CROMER – Gangway from its junction with Surrey Street for 25m southwards to facilitate clearing fibre blockages works from 1st to 3rd October 2025 (may continue until 14th November 2025). EAST RUSTON – U19081 Chequers Street from 190m west of its junction with U19052 Back Road for 30m westwards to facilitate meter exchange works on 29th September 2025 (may continue until 10th November 2025).

FELTHORPE – C262 Taverham Road from its junction with Reepham Road to its junction with Church Lane to facilitate patching works on 2nd October 2025 (may continue until 13th November 2025). HAINFORD –1) U57237 Spixworth Road from its junction with Lady Lane for 400m southwards and 2)Frettenham Road from its junction with Spixworth Road for 100m south-eastwards to facilitate installation and replacement works for overhead line and poles on 27th September 2025 (may continue until 8th November 2025). HEMPSTEAD – Back Lane from its junction with C622 Marplit Lane to its junction with U14365 Chapel Lane to facilitate re-building embankment works from 1st October to 12th November 2025 (may continue until 12th May 2026). HOLT – Elizabeth Crescent at its junction with Edinburgh Road to facilitate gas main replacement works, traffic over the road shall be prohibited to turn left onto Edinburgh Road from 29th September to 31st October 2025 (may continue until 30th April 2026). SPIXWORTH – U57508 Park Road from its junction with Giles Road for 90m eastwards to facilitate new duct with cab and chamber installation works from 29th September to 1st October 2025 (may continue until 12th November 2025). STRUMPSHAW – Strumpshaw BOAT 7 from its junction with Low Road for 150m westwards to facilitate surface repair works from 29th September to 3rd October 2025 (may continue until 14th November 2025). SWANNINGTON WITH ALDERFORD & LITTLE WITCHINGHAM – C270 Hall Road from 145m west of
its junction with Reepham Road for 30m westwards to facilitate meter exchange works on 1st October 2025 (may continue until 12th November 2025). WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA – C881 The Quay will be closed from its junction with U10033 Beech Road for 25 metres eastwards to allow floodgate testing works. These works are scheduled to take place between 05:00 and 11:00 on 2nd October 2025 and may continue until 13th November 2025 if necessary. An alternative route is available via C881 The Quay, C881 Standard Road, Polka Road, C149 Church Street, A149 Burnt Street, A149 Two Furlong Hill, A149 Mill Road, C881 Holkham Road, and C881 Freeman Street. WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA - Northfield Lane from a point 45 metres east of its junction with C881 Standard Road for 30 metres eastwards to allow for new water connection works. These works are scheduled from 1st to 3rd October 2025 and may continue until 14th November 2025. The signed diversion route will be via Northfield Lane, C881 Standard Road, C881 Polka Road, Maryland, Knitting Needle Lane, and Northfield Avenue. WEYBOURNE – A section of the A149 The Street, from a point 60 metres west of its junction with U14283 Beach Lane, will be closed for 100 metres westwards to allow for new customer service installation works. These works are scheduled between 09:30 and 15:30 on 2nd October 2025 and may continue until 13th November 2025. WIVETON – C599 Glanford Road will be closed from a point 270 metres southwest of its junction with Bridgefoot Lane for 150 metres southwards to facilitate telegraph pole testing works. This closure will be in effect between 09:30 and 15:30 on 3rd October 2025 and may continue until 14th November 2025. The alternative route will use C599 Glanford Road, C599 Blakeney Road, C599 Wiveton Road, A149 New Road, B1156 Langham Road, B1156 Holt Road, B1156 Smockers Hole, B1156 Brinton Road, and A148 Fakenham Road. Unless otherwise stated, the effect of these Orders will be to prohibit the use by vehicles of the named road(s)/footpath(s). In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance. Where an Order is for a reason other than works it is because of the likelihood of danger to the public or of serious damage to the road/footpath. Anticipated dates are stated but the Orders may continue until the end date where necessary or required. The Orders are revoked on the end date or on the actual date of removal of the prohibition/restriction where earlier without further notice. If necessary, the restrictions can have a maximum duration of 18 months or 6 months in respect of footpaths, cycle paths, bridleways, restricted byways, and byways open to all traffic (BOAT). Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
