THE MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS) (PROHIBITION
AND RESTRICTION ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING ETC)
(VARIATION NO _) ORDER 202_ TO/R5.3.159
The Council proposes to make an Order to apply double yellow line restrictions on a section of Clerk Rd, Penicuik, at Covenanter Court, to reduce obstruction by parked vehicles and to improve road safety.

The Council proposes to make an Order to extend double yellow line restrictions on Park Rd, Newtongrange at its junction with Seventh Street.
Details of both Orders may be examined from 2 to 24 October 2025 at www.
