Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Banbury, Footpath Closure – Footpath Between 31-39 and 28 Angus Close, and Footpath between Angus Close and Devon Way
Date of Order: 13/10/2025
Coming into force: 20/10/2025
This Order is being introduced because of essential electricity upgrades which are anticipated to be completed on 05/12/2025.
The effect of the Order is to close temporarily the footpaths between Nos. 31-39 and 28 Angus Close and between Angus Close and Devon Way. Exemptions are included for emergency services, for Works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of footpath. The alternative route will be signed locally. Appropriate signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.
This order will remain in force for 6 months or until, the works are completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T16432/JP)
