What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 021) ORDER 2025

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (TRAFFIC MOVEMENT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT 009) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council had made two Orders on 19th September 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. We are introducing the following amendments in Beaconsfield:

Existing Double Yellow Lines to be reduced (approx. 8.5m) (east of Junction of Maxwell Road (Service Road) and New Development Road)Maxwell Road (Service Road)
Existing Double Yellow Lines to be reduced (approx. 7m) (west of Junction of Maxwell Road (Service Road) and New Development Road)Maxwell Road (Service Road)
Introduction of a Right—Turn Ban from the new development road onto Maxwell Road (Service Road)Maxwell Road (Service Road)
Introduction of a Right—Turn Ban from Maxwell Road (Service Road) onto the new development road.Maxwell Road (Service Road)
Removal of Double Yellow Lines (approx. 11m)Maxwell Road (Service Road)
Implement the extension of “Limited Waiting Mon–Sat 8am–6pm No Return Within 1hr” to accommodate two further cars.Maxwell Road (Main Road)
These Orders has now come into effect, having been made on the 19th of September 2025.

If you wish to question the validity of these Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from Friday 19th September 2025, by applying to the High Court.
