What is happening?

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF CALDERDALE

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTION 90A
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT ROAD HUMPS
LAW LANE, SOUTHOWRAM, HALIFAX

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of Calderdale in exercise of its powers under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 and having consulted with the Chief of Police proposes to construct a traffic calming scheme on Law Lane as follows:

Law Lane approximately
87 metres south of the southern
kerbline of Fairfax Crescent.
100mm high flat top
speed table, 26.6m long
plateau, 2.0m ramps

A copy of Drawing Number – 72/696/2 – showing the scheme may be examined at Halifax Central Library, Halifax, HX1 1QG, from 10.00am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays.
