What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No’s. 16 & 17, Parish of Iver) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2025 made on 6 April 2025, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport been continued in force and will so continue until 7 April 2026. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 16 from the junction of Public Footpath No. 16/5 north north west for approx. 50M and Public Footpath No. 17 from the junction of Public Footpath No. 16/5 west south west for 100M. There is no alternative route.
