Di-Ddosbarth a adwaenir fel Heol Jones, Blaenau Ffestiniog o’i gyffordd gyda Fron Fawr gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol hyd at bwynt ger Rhif 37 Heol Jones, Blaenau Ffestiniog.  
Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith ar ran Scottish Power.  

Yn anffodus, nid oes gwyriad addas ar gael, fodd bynnag bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.  
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 4ydd o Dachwedd 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 11 diwrnod.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
SECTION 14(1) AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991  

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(UNCLASSIFIED ROAD KNOWN AS JONES STREET, BLAENAU FFESTINIOG) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Unclassified Road known as Jones Street, Blaenau Ffestiniog from its junction with Fron Fawr travelling south westerly up to a point by No.37 Jones Street, Blaenau Ffestiniog.  

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works on behalf of Scottish Power.  

Unfortunately, there is no suitable alternative route, however access will be maintained for residents.  

The Order comes into effect on the 4th of November, 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 11 days.
