DRWY HYN fod y Cyngor fel yr Awdurdod Priffyrdd ar gyfer Porthcawl wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu creu Gorchymyn a fydd yn cyflwyno, dros dro, y cyfyngiad a nodir yn yr atodlen isod. Mae’r Gorchymyn er diogelwch i’r cyhoedd i ganiatáu gwaith ailwynebu ar y cylchfan.Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 20/10/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am uchafswm o 18 mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf.Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud rhwng 19:00 a 00:00 o 20/10/2025 i 21/10/2025.

Atodlen-Ni chaiff unrhyw berson beri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd Station Hill, Porthcawl o’i chyffordd â Northways i’w chyffordd â Chylchfan Parc Griffin, pellter o ryw 14 metr.Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau yw trwy Station Hill, Wellfield Crescent, Welfield Avenue, Promenâd y Dwyrain ac i’r gwrthwyneb.Bydd mynediad trwy ardal y cyfyngiad i’r Heddlu a’r Gwasanaethau Tân ac Ambiwlans wrth ymateb i argyfyngau. Cynhelir mynediad i gerddwyr at bob eiddo o fewn ardal y cyfyngiad ar hyd llwybrau a ddiffinnir trwy gydol y cyfnod cau. BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL 
(STATION HILL, PORTHCAWL)) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER 2025 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council as the Highway Authority for Porthcawl in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order which will temporarily introduce the restriction set out in the schedule below.The Order is in the interest of public safety to allow resurfacing works to the roundabout.The Order will come into force on the 20/10/2025 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.It is anticipated the planned works will be undertaken between the hours of 19:00 and 00:00 from the 20/10/2025 to 21/10/2025.

Schedule-No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Station Hill, Porthcawl from its junction with Northways to its junction with Griffin Park Roundabout an overall distance of approximately 14 meters.The alternative route for vehicles is via Station Hill, Wellfield Crescent, Welfield Avenue, Eastern Promenade and vice versa.Access will be provided through the restriction for Police, Fire and Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure. The restrictions shall however only apply at such time and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.Dated: 01/10/2025
