Notice is hereby given that Manchester City Council proposes to make the following Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The title and affect of the Orders will be as follows, City Of Manchester (Manchester Airport North Side) (Parking And Movement) Order 2025 (Amendment No.1) Order 2025

Proposed No Waiting At Any Time on: - Runger Lane - both sides from the junction with Wilmslow Road (A538) in a northerly direction to Thorley Lane. Sydney Avenue - both sides from its junction with Melbourne Avenue in a north easterly, then north westerly direction to its junction with Thorley Lane. Sydney Avenue Car Park Access Road - both sides from its junction with Palma Avenue/Atlanta Avenue Roundabout in a north westerly direction for a distance of 45 metres. Thorley Lane - both sides from its junction with Runger Lane in a north westerly direction for a distance of 186 metres. the south side from its junction with Enterprise Way to its junction with Runger Lane.

Existing Orders have been amended to be consistent with the proposals.

Copies of the proposed Order together with the plans showing the proposals may be inspected at Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Please ensure that the Contact Centre is open before attending. If it is closed or you are unable to attend, a copy of the plan may be requested (without payment) by emailinphlegal@ manchester.gov.uk or writing to the address at the end of this notice.

Objections to the proposals must be sent to me in writing to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or the address below, stating the grounds on which they are made, no later than 22nd October 2025. Please quote reference L/ GS/ HIG002-84154
