BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING) ORDER 2001 (AMENDMENT NO 269) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Trafford Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to amend the Borough of Trafford (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) Order 2001, as amended, (“the 2001 Order”) by the introduction or removal of restrictions on lengths of Ayres Road, Elsinore Road, Old Trafford, Gorse Avenue, Gorse Crescent, Gorse Drive and Gorse Lane, Stretford, The Quadrant Car Park, Stretford and Moss Lane, Altrincham. A copy of the Draft Order, together with statements of reason may be inspected at Stretford and
Altrincham Libraries during their normal opening hours.

Any objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be sent, in writing, to the address below or by e-mail to traffordtraffic@amey.co.uk by 22nd October 2025.
